I'm curious about the connection between technology and the creation of minimalist packaging materials. Like, how exactly does tech help in designing or producing packaging that's both super functional and really minimal in terms of waste, size, or materials used? Are there any standout innovations or processes that are driving this forward?

Honestly, sometimes tech just makes packaging more complicated with unnecessary layers or materials, especially when companies want to show off with innovation for innovation’s sake. Plus, a lot of supposedly advanced materials aren’t widely recyclable yet, which kind of defeats the whole minimalist eco-friendly idea.

Supply chain technology can also influence how minimalist packaging is distributed and stored, reducing space and transportation costs.

On top of that, tech is making it easier to track the lifecycle of materials, which helps brands make better decisions about what to use for packaging!
